What you're really buying Lost & Found explains
For some time now, there's been a lot of talk about "lost Amazon packages", which can be purchased in bundles, often presented as mystery lots full of surprises. But in reality, these packages are not lost. Here's what you really need to know.
❌ There's (virtually) no such thing as a "lost" parcel at Amazon
Amazon handles millions of orders every day, with ultra-optimized logistics. So it's extremely rare for a package to actually be "lost".
What you can buy at Lost & Found, on the other hand, are :
In all cases, the product is returned to Amazon warehouses, then resold as is to approved partners.
🤝 A clear partnership with Amazon Northern Europe
At Lost & Found, we work directly with Amazon Northern Europe, via a transparent agreement. We collect these parcels as batches, without opening or sorting them beforehand: they are exactly the same parcels as those sent to their customers, sometimes with torn or repaired packaging, but never inspected.
So we don't know what's in each parcel. That's what makes this concept so risky... and soexciting!
Why are some labels masked?
Amazon uses specialized service providers to remove or cover personal information and shipping labels. This explains why some parcels have white labels, cut-out areas or transparent adhesive tape. This is not an attempt at concealment: it's simply a confidentiality measure.

📌 No refunds: we resell the packages as is
Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds. Each package is resold as is, with no guarantee of content, function or value. This is what makes the purchase of these packages unique, but it's important that you are aware of this principle before you buy.
-
These are not lost packages, but customer returns or packages that have not been received.
-
Lost & Found is an official partner of Amazon Northern Europe.
-
We do not know the contents of the parcels and do not sort them.
-
The purchase is without guarantee or return, but 100% transparent.
