Article 6 : DELIVERY - GENERAL

DPD delivery from 2 to 5 working days

The products purchased by the Buyer will be delivered in mainland France and abroad by DPD within a maximum of 30 working days, to the address indicated by the Buyer when placing his/her order on the colisnpai.com website
. The Vendor undertakes to make every effort to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer within the time limits specified above.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the products ordered have been handed over by the Vendor to the consumer.

It is therefore the Buyer's responsibility to check shipments on arrival and to make any reservations or claims to the deliverer that appear justified.

If the declaration of damage is not made on the day of delivery, Lost and Found ( colis npai) reserves the right not to reimburse the customer.

In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to the Buyer to inform him/her of any consequences on the delivery deadline that may have been indicated. In any event, in accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery of more than thirty (30) working days. In this case, if the Buyer has received the product unopened (all npai packages closed), after cancellation, the Vendor will reimburse the Product and the delivery costs, on receipt of the Product by the Vendor, complete and in its original condition and in its original packaging and at the same weight as the order.

Article 7: DELIVERY - CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS

We undertake to reimburse you or exchange any products which appear to be defective or which do not correspond to your order. In this case, we would be grateful if you would make a detailed report in writing, await our written agreement, and return the product(s) to us with our agreement. The Vendor will, at your option, exchange or refund the product(s). The request must be made within fourteen (14) working days of delivery. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all the elements delivered (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping costs. No refund or exchange for NPAI orders.
