Article 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its contents, in particular photographs, texts, logos and acronyms, trademarks, drawings, software, scripts, graphics, sounds, images, videos, interactive functions (this list is not exhaustive) are the exclusive property of the Vendor.

The entire Site is protected under the Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction or representation of the content, without prior authorization from the Vendor, is strictly forbidden, under penalty of criminal or civil proceedings for infringement.
More generally, the content of the Site may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, altered, conceded or exploited in any way or for any purpose whatsoever.

Article 12: PRIVACY - DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data collected on the Site is processed for the purpose of managing Orders, deliveries and customer relations.

This information is processed by the company Premium consulting.

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, amended by the law of August 6, 2004 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the Site has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) under number 1529532.
The Buyer is also informed that, in accordance with the above-mentioned law, he/she has an individual right to access, rectify and delete any personal information concerning him/her.
The Customer is reminded that, in his/her capacity as content host, and in accordance with article 6 of Law n.2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN) and its implementing decree no. 2011-219 of February 25, 2011, Lost and Fund is obliged to : 1. hold and retain data likely to enable the identification of all persons who have purchased a product, with the judicial authorities being able to request the communication of said information; 2. remove information stored or retained, or make access to it impossible, once colis npai becomes aware of its manifestly illicit nature.

Data collected on the Site may be kept by Lost and Fund for a period of one (1) year. After this period, the information collected will be deleted.

Lost and fund may use cookies (files containing information stored on the Member's hard drive). Cookies facilitate operations carried out by the Buyer on the Site. They do not contain any confidential information about the Buyer. Nevertheless, the latter is free to refuse the creation of Cookies.

Transaction security: Transactions are encrypted (SSL encryption). No credit card number is stored by the Seller. Communicating your credit card number to the bank server when paying for your order is completely secure. There is no risk involved, since your credit card details are never transmitted unencrypted over the network: they are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The Vendor has no access to your bank details, and does not store them on its servers under any circumstances.
