Any reproduction, use or distribution of this certificate or label, without the prior written authorization of Colisnpai.com - Lost and Found, constitutes an infringement within the meaning of articles L.713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Violators are liable to :
civil penalties (damages, ban on use), and criminal penalties under article L.716-9 of the French Intellectual Property Code (fine of up to 300,000 € and 3 years' imprisonment).
