At Colis NPAI, we have a simple mission: to give a second life to undelivered parcels, while reducing the waste associated with e-commerce.

Every day, thousands of parcels are returned to sender, not because of a product problem, but simply because the address is wrong, incomplete or the recipient is absent. These parcels, known as NPAI (N'habite Pas à l'Adresse Indiquée), often end up forgotten, stored or even destroyed.

🌱 A useful and responsible concept

Our concept is based on a strong ecological idea:
avoid waste by recovering these undelivered parcels from carriers and partner platforms, and offering them for sale as they are, sealed and unsorted.

All our parcels come from major national and international e-commerce sites. They are 100% authentic, unsorted and delivered in their original condition, to guarantee a transparent, ethical and surprising experience.
