1. Purpose

The present terms and conditions define the terms and conditions and obligations applicable to the affiliation program offered by colisnpai.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Affiliator") to individuals or legal entities wishing to promote the products available on colisnpai.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Affiliates").

2. Registration and acceptance

  • Registration for the Affiliate Program is free and open to any person of legal age or legal entity.

  • The Affiliate reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide justification.

  • The Affiliate guarantees the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration and undertakes to keep it up to date.

3. How the program works

  • Once accepted, the Affiliate has a unique tracking link enabling it to promote colisnpai.com products.

  • Each sale made through this link generates a 10% commission calculated on the amount of the order, excluding VAT.

  • Only sales that have actually been paid for and not cancelled are taken into account when calculating commissions.

  • The products concerned are: 10 to 30 kg parcels and XXL boxes.

  • Professional offers (orders over 100 kg) are excluded from the affiliate program: no commission or discount will be granted on these volumes.

4. Payment of commissions

  • Commissions are calculated monthly.

  • Payment is made by bank transfer (or any other means defined by colisnpai.com) once the cumulative amount reaches a minimum of 50 € .

  • colisnpai.com reserves the right to cancel commissions linked to fraudulent, cancelled or refunded orders.

5. Obligations and prohibitions

The Affiliate undertakes to:

  • Promote colisnpai.com fairly, transparently and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Not to use prohibited methods (spam, misleading advertising, false notices, deceptive practices, etc.).

  • To refrain from self-affiliation: it is strictly forbidden to use one's own affiliation link to place an order, benefit from discounts or receive a commission.

    • colisnpai.com reserves the right to carry out checks (IP addresses, e-mail addresses, payment information, etc.) in order to detect any fraud.

    • In the event of self-affiliation or a proven attempt to do so, commissions will be cancelled and the Affiliate may be immediately excluded from the program, without notice.

6. Liability

  • colisnpai.com cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions or malfunctions related to the affiliation tool.

  • The Affiliate remains solely responsible for the media, content and channels used to promote the program.

7. Termination

  • The Affiliate may unsubscribe from the program at any time by simple written request.

  • colisnpai.com may terminate an Affiliate's participation in the event of breach of the present conditions, fraud or activity deemed to be non-compliant. In such cases, pending commissions may be cancelled.

8. Modification of conditions

colisnpai.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be informed by e-mail or via the affiliate area.

9. Applicable law

The present terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of colisnpai.com's head office.
