We received this parcel in our warehouse, lost in the middle of a pallet, no name, no explanation. Just an avalanche of stamps, all cancelled in Tilburg, the Netherlands, on February 13, 2025. A true work of postal art.
Who sent it? Why so many different stamps? Why has no one ever claimed it?
Back home, we call them NPAI parcels - "N'habite Pas à l'Adresse Indiquée". Objects with no addressee, parcels with stories, often forgotten, sometimes filled with surprises.

NPAI stands for "N'habite Pas à l'Adresse Indiquée". These are parcels returned to sender after failed delivery. But in many cases, the sender does not claim them, or cannot recover them for logistical, economic or administrative reasons. These parcels then become dormant stock, then put up for sale by specialized circuits... like ours.
