We urge you to exercise extreme vigilance. We have detected a large-scale scam and fraud attempt perpetrated by malicious individuals who are impersonating our company, Lost and Found - NPAI Parcel Wholesaler, as well as the name of our manager.
Fraudulent accounts have created fake private chat channels (including WhatsApp and Telegram groups) under the names "Lost and Found - Wholesaler..." or "MT Logistics Distribution". They are stealing our official logo, our pallet photos, as well as our address and SIRET numbers in Trilport to manipulate your trust.
⚠️ How does this WhatsApp scam work?
The trap is very well-crafted and unfolds in several steps:

Scammers add you to a closed WhatsApp group where only administrators can post.

They offer fake flash sales of pallets from major brands (Dior makeup, cosmetics, high-tech) at abnormally low prices.

They send you fake invoices using our legal information.

The absolute red flag: They demand an instant bank transfer.
WARNING: The bank details (IBAN) sent by these fraudsters belong to private individual accounts, notably in the name of KYLIAN PLOUZENNEC. We formally confirm that this account has no connection with our company.
🛡️ Lost and Found security rules to protect you
To avoid falling into the trap, remember these rules:

No individual accounts: Our company will never request a transfer to a personal account or an individual's name like Kylian Plouzennec. All legitimate payments are made exclusively to our company's official business account.

No forced sales in private messages: We do not manage our transactions via wild WhatsApp groups that restrict members from speaking.

Check the sender: Official emails from our company do not come from suspicious generic addresses like hijacked Gmail accounts.
🛑 What to do if you are targeted or have paid?

If you are in one of these fake groups: Do not share any documents, do not make any transactions. Immediately report the group to WhatsApp for "Fraud/Scam" and leave it.

If you have already sent a bank transfer: Urgently contact your bank's fraud department to try to block or recall the funds. Take screenshots of your exchanges and immediately file a complaint with the gendarmerie, police station, or on the official government platform (Pharos / Thésée).
